Andrews A. Enti is a Community Development practitioner with a strong academic foundation and extensive practical experience in sustainable development. He holds a BA in Rural and Community Development Studies, an MA in International Development Studies, and an MSc in Transformative Change for Sustainable Development from the University of Greenwich.
He is deeply committed to empowering communities through Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) an approach that emphasizes identifying and building upon the existing strengths, skills, and resources within communities. As a community practitioner, Andrews firmly believes that every individual has inherent value and that meaningful, lasting development is achieved when communities are supported to lead their own transformation.
Andrews has worked with a range of voluntary organizations across England, contributing to initiatives aimed at reducing inequalities among minority and marginalized groups. Motivated by a strong sense of purpose and passion for social change, he founded the Rescue Folk Africa Foundation to support African communities in alleviating poverty, strengthening local capacity, and empowering community members to drive the change they seek.

Michael Ofosu Duodu is a Ghanaian practicing lawyer, human rights scholar, and child rights advocate with a deep commitment to improving the lives of children in rural communities. As a law lecturer in Human Rights and International Law, he brings strong academic insight and practical legal experience to the fight against child poverty, exclusion, and inequality.
Driven by the belief that the law should be a tool for protection and empowerment, Michael’s advocacy focuses on advancing children’s rights to education, dignity, safety, and equal opportunity. His work bridges legal reform, community engagement, and grassroots action, ensuring that the voices of vulnerable children are heard and defended. As part of efforts to truly transform lives he teamed up with great minds with like passion to develop strategies and intervention systems for social justice. His contribution to building Rescue Folk Africa Foundation is a testament of his dedication to making real impact!
As one of the director’s of the Foundation. he provides visionary leadership grounded in justice, compassion, and accountability. Clement Baah is a community development practitioner and international development specialist with a strong interest in inclusive development, community empowerment, and social equity.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Community Development Studies and a Master’s degree in International Development Studies, both from Presbyterian University, Ghana.
Clement has gained practical experience through community-based engagements and professional work, which have strengthened his understanding of grassroots development challenges. He is particularly passionate about advocating for equitable access to basic social amenities, especially in rural communities that contribute significantly to national development yet remain underserved.
He is currently a System Monitoring Officer at Ghana Link Networks.

She has extensive experience in designing and implementing initiatives that foster environmental protection, youth participation and leadership. Adept at facilitating structural dialogues, community engagement and collaboration.
She is currently the National Coordinator for the Ghana Youth Environmental Movement.

Seth Wontumi Opare is a dedicated finance and accounting professional with a strong academic foundation and a deep commitment to public service and social impact. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and an MBA in Finance, equipping him with solid analytical, financial management, and strategic decision-making skills.
Currently, Seth serves as an Assistant Finance/Accounts Officer at the National Commission for Civic Education (NCCE) in Ghana, where he supports prudent financial management, accountability, and compliance with public sector financial regulations. In this role, he contributes to the efficient use of public funds to promote civic awareness, democratic values, and responsible citizenship across communities. His work ensures that financial resources are properly planned, monitored, and utilized to sustain impactful civic education programs nationwide.
In addition to his finance role, Seth is also a Civic Education Officer, which uniquely positions him at the intersection of finance and community development. This dual responsibility reflects his belief that sound financial management is a powerful tool for strengthening institutions and improving lives. Through civic engagement and financial stewardship, he helps empower citizens with knowledge while ensuring transparency and accountability in public service.
Beyond the public sector, Seth serves as a Finance Officer and Accountant for Rescue Folks Africa Foundation, a role that highlights his passion for social impact and humanitarian work. In this capacity, he applies his financial expertise to manage donor funds responsibly, prepare budgets, ensure proper financial reporting, and support sustainable project implementation.
